Do I need to come into an office?
Not necessarily. In-office services are available for clients in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County. Clients throughout the rest of Florida are served remotely by phone or video — whichever works best for you.

Is the initial consultation free?
Initial consultations are complimentary for clients who retain our firm. The booking fee will be credited toward the cost of your legal services.

How should I prepare for my consultation?
Prior to your consultation, you will receive an intake questionnaire that must be completed before your appointment. This allows Kristen to review your goals, assets, and family situation ahead of time — so your consultation is focused, efficient, and tailored specifically to you. Beyond completing the questionnaire, no additional preparation is needed.

Absolutely. All communications with Kristen Weiss Legal are protected by attorney-client privilege from the moment of your first consultation.
